Alex Whitlam is an Australian-born visual artist working in a variety of mediums, incorporating digital and analog techniques.
Alex has worked in visual effects for twenty years, has taught 3d at several institutions, including Sydney University, and runs a design and web development business.
Alex moved to the Northern Rivers to pursue his passion for the visual arts and design. In 2022 he graduated with a Bachelor of Art and Design at Southern Cross University. His graduating work was selected for the Hatched: National Graduate Show 2023 at the Perth Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA). He is currently researching his Master’s Thesis (Visual Art) and continues to develop a digital and analog art practice.
